JDub Records co-founder, Benjamin Hesse, releases his third recording this week - the Ice Mountain EP. After surviving a dangerous winter climb in Rocky Mountain this past year, Ben returned home to craft an album of music inspired by his near death experience. The result is the Ice Mountian EP – a collection of originals and old-time songs. It is an album of Americana that falls somewhere in between Neil Young’s On the Beach and the Folk Anthology.
